Pilgrimage Leader
Your Pilgrimage Group Leader, Kathy Gottardy, is a parishioner of the Shrine of St. Padre Pio, where her husband Deacon Ken Gottardy has been assigned since 2016. Kathy is active in faith formation through ACTS retreats, as well as preparing and instructing individuals and families for the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Matrimony.
Kathy experienced her first pilgrimage with Pilgrim Center of Hope to the Holy Land in 2019, which deepened her relationship with Christ. She noticed that Pilgrim Center of Hope made a firm distinction between a pilgrimage and a tour; emphasizing the importance of experiencing the sites and listening to where God is leading pilgrims during the journey. Since then, she has experienced Marian and Italy pilgrimages with Pilgrim Center of Hope, and has become an official Pilgrim Center of Hope Group Leader.
Pilgrim Center of Hope will provide pre-pilgrimage preparation, and Kathy will journey with you through the entire pilgrimage; ensuring that your journey is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
