Lynda MacFarland is an author and speaker who holds a Master of Theological Studies from the Franciscan School of Theology at the University of San Diego. As an active member of the Military Council of Catholic Women (MCCW) for over 20 years, Lynda served as the Liturgy Coordinator for two worldwide conferences has spoken/led retreats on various spiritual topics at MCCW conferences and at various Military chapels and has taught faith formation classes at all levels.
Lynda was the US Military Coordinator for Mothers Prayers, an international, ecumenical movement of women who specifically pray for the needs of children. She is involved in the pro-life movement and was proud to be on the planning committee for the San Diego Walk for Life (SDWL) during her time in California. She continues to write for the SDWL blog each year prior to their January Walk for Life. Lynda has participated in the 40 Days for Life campaigns each year, in California and now in San Antonio.
