Group Registration
Are you ready to get a group together for the Conference?
Here's how it works:
- Decide to bring a group... That makes you the Group Leader!
- Sign up at least 10 women (other than yourself) per the instructions below.
- Add yourself to the registration list, but no need to pay for yourself; you're free! Thank you for helping spread hope to your community.
Instructions:

Group means at least 10 women, plus the Leader.
Group must consist of at least 10 women other than the Leader to qualify for discount.

Group Rate: $75
Each member of the group must pay at least the $75 group rate.

Deadline: July 13, 2025 (11:59pm)
All payments and registration information must be submitted to our office by this date to qualify.

Use the spreadsheet template.
Group Leader must submit group members' information using the spreadsheet available below. Simply save the spreadsheet to your computer. Fill it out. Then, use the form below to submit it with payment.
Helpful Tips:
- Some Group Leaders collect payment themselves and pay the total from their own account.
- Another option is to work with your parish office for payment collection and have the church write a check to Pilgrim Center of Hope.
Either way, remember: Group total must be paid in full.
