Stacie Afflerbaugh

Stacie Afflerbaugh is a parishioner of Our Lady of Loreto on Randolph Air Force Base. She moved to San Antonio in 2018, and quickly became involved with Pilgrim Center of Hope’s Catholic Women’s Conference.
Born and raised Catholic in Minnesota, Stacie earned her Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Spanish from the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA). She commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the Air Force in 1995 as an Aircraft Maintenance and Munitions Officer.
Stacie earned a Master of Education in Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University and transitioned the U.S. Air Force Reserves in 2003. Working first as an Air and Space Basic Course instructor and later as a USAFA Liaison Officer, Stacie enjoyed living in many stateside and overseas locations with her husband, Brian, and their three beautiful daughters. In 2016, she retired from the Air Force Reserves.
Currently, Stacie is employed as a substitute teacher with Randolph Independent School District and as team member at the Farm Connection of San Antonio. She is also a long-time oenophile, and studies the wine & spirits industry. Jesus’ first miracle is her favorite! A constant in Stacie’s life has been her love of music and learning about our faith. She has wholeheartedly shared these interests with her family and greater communities throughout the world (in many Air Force assignments) as a choir member and music director, a catechist, and a Bible study participant and facilitator.
Stacie is a Pilgrim Center of Hope (PCH) super fan and is excited to share her enthusiasm for PCH’s mission at the 2025 Catholic Women’s Conference as our emcee.
