Fr. Jeremiah Myriam Shryock

Fr. Jeremiah Myriam Shryock entered the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal in September 2002, and made final vows five years later. He was ordained to the priesthood in May of 2012. He currently resides in the friars' San Juan Diego Friary in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He serves as a Spiritual Director and Retreat Master, and has authored books including Mary and the Interior Life and Amid Passing Things: Life, Prayer, and Relationship with God.

The Community of Franciscan Friars of the Renewal (CFRs) was founded in 1987 out of the Bronx, New York. The community comprises men who have a desire to live the Rule of St. Francis of Assisi in the Capuchin Franciscan tradition. They serve the material and spiritual needs of the very poor and work for the reform and renewal of the Church through the evangelical preaching of personal reform.
