Bill Winters works for the Department of the Air Force and serves as a Commander in the US Navy Reserve. He has served as a Missionary of Hope supporter through sponsorships and volunteering for several years.
Bill’s interest in magic began at the age of 10. Over the last fifty years, he has been a magic performer, historian, lecturer, collector (i.e., props, posters), and writer. He has had articles published in four magic publications and currently has a monthly series in the International Brotherhood of Magicians monthly magazine, The Linking Ring.
