Br. José Barroso, OFM Cap is a friar with the Capuchin Franciscan Province of St. Conrad, serving Colorado, Kansas, and Texas. Having recently made his solemn profession of vows, Br. José has committed his life to the Franciscan path of poverty, chastity, and obedience. He currently lives in San Antonio, where he is a student of theology at the Oblate School of Theology. Br. José is a frequent voice for the friars' digital ministries, while also serving as a Spiritual Assistant to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal.
Br. Gregory Armstrong, OFM Cap, is a Capuchin Franciscan brother also belonging to the Province of St. Conrad. Like Brother José, he has taken solemn vows, dedicating himself permanently to the service of God and the Church. Currently residing in San Antonio and studying theology at the Oblate School of Theology, Br. Gregory has a particular heart for the stories of the saints. He was recently recognized for his writing on the life of Blessed Solanus Casey, focusing on how the humble example of a "simple friar" can offer profound spiritual guidance to people in the modern world. He has written a book of daily meditations on the Our Father, entitled 50 Days for Our Father: A Mystagogy on the Lord's Prayer.
