Dr. Carlota "Toty" Hernandez was raised in Nuevo Laredo border city of Laredo Texas. She is the second of 4 children. Raised by 2 beautiful souls, my dad Romualdo and my mom Chabelita. They educated 4 professional children. Two physicians, one lawyer, and one psychologist.
Dr. Hernandez graduated as a physician from Monterrey, Mexico. She then became an Internal Medicine specialist, and since then, she has been serving the veterans of our country, which is an honor in her heart. Later in life, she became a Spiritual Director through St. Peter Upon the Water Institute.
Later in life, her religious vocation consolidated, and she consecrated her life to Jesus in 2020. Leadership was calling Dr. Hernandez, for which she earned a Master's in Healthcare Administration in 2022. She became an entrepreneur with my artisanal store La Kasita DToty, which is a Legacy to honor her parents by the end of 2024.
