Colonel (ret) Suzy Streeter was commissioned in 1992 from the United States Air Force Academy. Over her 28 years in the Air Force, she was a Group Commander, Major Command and Numbered Air Force Director of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, an intelligence plans and exercises division chief at a sub-unified command, a Squadron Director of Operations, a Squadron Commander, as well as an Air Staff Program Element Monitor and Legislative Affairs Liaison. Deployments included Operation DECISIVE ENDEAVOR and Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. 
Before leaving the Air Force in 2020, she helped stand up the US Space Force's Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance function. After retirement, she pursued an MA in Pastoral Ministry from the University of Dayton, graduating in May 2024. Since graduation, Suzy has expanded her University of Dayton practicum, currently executing her second-year pilot with the Archdiocese for the Military Services, leading Military Spiritual Mentoring, which recruits and trains Catholic military servicemembers and military spouses to become spiritual mentors to those junior Catholic (and becoming Catholic) military servicemembers and military spouses who are new to the military experience.

Archdiocese of Military Services, USA - Created by Pope Saint John Paul II to provide the Catholic Church’s full range of pastoral ministries and spiritual services to those in the United States Armed Forces.

Spiritual Mentoring with the Military - This ministry creates a venue for military personnel and spouses to see their secular experiences through a spiritual lens, as well as one in which both mentors and mentees are invited to learn more about and to deepen their faith, through a journey of accompaniment.
