Charles Ramirez serves as Project Manager in the Department for Pastoral Ministries at the Archdiocese of San Antonio, where he helps coordinate pastoral initiatives, ministry programs, and leads marketing and communications efforts for a variety of events and liturgies. In this role, he has been closely involved in the annual Assembly conferences, pastoral ministry grants for rural life ministry, and the Pastoral Vision process led by Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller.
He holds a Master of Arts in English Literature and Language from St. Mary's University, with a concentration in comparative literature, linguistics, and digital humanities. A native San Antonian, Charles has served the Archdiocese for over 14 years.
Juan Carlos Rodriguez serves as Director of Strategic Planning and Priorities for the Archdiocese of San Antonio, where he helps guide major pastoral initiatives, organizational planning, and mission-driven projects that strengthen the life of the local Church. In this role, he has been closely involved in preparations for the Archdiocese’s centennial anniversary and the process leading to the proclamation of its renewed pastoral vision.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Church Management at Villanova University, with a focus on leadership, stewardship, and effective administration in ministry. He is originally from Venezuela and now serves in Texas with his wife, Yessica who also works in the Pastoral Ministry Center of the Archdiocese.
