The Way of St. Andrew’s – Scotland

Let’s go to Scotland! In this week’s spiritual pilgrimage, come along with Angela Sealana along the Way of St. Andrew’s, which is a pilgrimage walk like another you may have heard of before, the Camino de Santiago or Way of St. James. St. Andrew’s might be called the “Little Camino.” Joining Angela this week, is her guest, Hugh Lockhart – Secretary for the Way of St. Andrew’s.

On today’s journey, you will:

  • Explore the Way of St. Andrew’s and what it offers to pilgrims
  • Hear about the life of St. Andrew himself and his connection to Scotland
  • And learn about how the Way of St. Andrew’s can inspire us in our daily pilgrimage of life

Jewel for the Journey:

[Jesus] said to them, “Come, and you will see.” So they went and saw where he was staying, and they stayed with him that day. It was about four in the afternoon. Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, was one of the two… He first found his own brother Simon and told him, “We have found the Messiah”(which is translated Anointed).” (John 1:39-41)
