Journey with St. Michael – Church, San Antonio, TX

This week’s spiritual pilgrimage will close out our 3-part series of spiritual pilgrimages with the archangel saints: Gabriel, Raphael, and Michael! Join Angela Sealana as she guides us on a journey to the historic St. Michael Catholic Church located in San Antonio, TX. We will also look closer at St. Michael the Archangel, a figure who has caught the attention of human beings all the way back into pre-Christian times of the Jewish people.

During our journey, you will:

  • Hear the story of San Antonio’s urban Polish population
  • Learn about St. Michael Church – the original of which was demolished to make way for the Hemisfair Grounds; and discover the symbolism of many of its preserved artworks
  • You’ll also learn about its patron saint, and how all of this can inspire you in your daily life!
