 - Inspired by Saint Agatha\, Lucia dedicated herself to Christ despite pre
 ssure from her loved ones\, humiliation\, and torture by the governor of S
 icily. This courageous martyr is the patron saint of those with eye ailmen
 ts.</li>\n<li>ST. DOMINIC DE GUZMAN - After his holy mother had difficulty
  conceiving\, Dominic was the answer to her prayers. As a priest\, he foun
 ded the Order of Friars Preachers (Dominicans) to counter heresy by spread
 ing the Gospel with love\, and promoted the Holy Rosary.</li>\n<li>ST. THO
 MAS AQUINAS - Bullied as a 'dumb ox' for being large\, shy\, and slow of s
 peech\, Thomas is now perhaps the most famous Catholic philosopher and the
 ologian. This 'Doctor of the Church' wrote thousands of pages\, yet humbly
  compared his accomplishments to straw.</li>\n<li>ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA -
  Gifted with a mystical prayer relationship with Jesus\, Caterina became a
  bridge-builder and peacemaker - famously advising popes and princes. Her 
 contributions to theology and spirituality earned her the title 'Doctor of
