A Journey to the Basilica of St. Ambrose
Join Deacon Tom and Mary Jane Fox as they lead us on a journey to a Basilica in Milan, Italy named after St. Ambrose, one of the many Doctors of the Catholic Church! The Archdiocese of Milan is the largest in Europe and the one having the most priests in the world. St. Ambrose constructed the basilica between 379 and 386.
On today’s journey, you will learn:
- About this ancient Basilica of St. Ambrose and a bit about the city of Milan.
- More about Bishop Ambrose who was instrumental in bringing the young man Augustine
back to the Faith.
- What we can learn from St. Ambrose?
We are so grateful to this month’s sponsors, the Nuñez & Rojas Family, in loving memory of Isidoro “Izzy” Nuñez Jr., who made this podcast episode possible.
